Following on from the success of our first Graduate Apprenticeship Recruitment Showcase event, we are delighted to be hosting a virtual session for parents, guardians and teachers during this year’s National Apprenticeship week.
University of Strathclyde deliver Graduate and Degree Apprenticeships across Scotland and England, offering an alternative route to gaining an honors degree in comparison to the traditional, full time education route.
From our experience, there can still be a misunderstanding of what a Graduate Apprenticeship (GA) actually is and a number of people are still surprised when we tell them it is full, undergraduate degree (whilst in a full time permanent job role) and that our apprentices have all the same benefits as traditional full time students.
Join Helyn Gould and Shona MacPherson who will bust the myths around GAs and answer any of your questions (we believe there is so such thing as a silly question!).
We hope you will join us for this informal, informative session to gain a better understanding of apprenticeship degrees.
We offer the following undergraduate courses in Scotland:
• BA (Hons) Business Management
• BEng (Hons) Engineering: Design and Manufacture
• BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering
• BSc (Hons) IT: Software Development
• BSc (Hons) IT: Management for Business
A Zoom link will be sent to delegates prior to the event.

You’ll earn a salary, and your course fees will be covered by your employer and the government. You just need to be willing to manage your time between work and study.
There are many different apprenticeships you can apply for depending on your existing qualifications across a broad range of different industries.
