We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to take on the role of First Aid Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. The First Aid Coordinator and Administrative Assistant play a vital part in maintaining a safe, caring and well managed school environment. This is a dual responsibility role combining first aid management with key administrative and attendance duties.

We are looking to appoint a part-time receptionist to join our administration team. The postholder will work term time only, five afternoons per week, with additional work over the summer break if available and attend all in-service days.
Our receptionists deliver a warm, friendly and professional welcome to the school and act as a key point for information and support to visitors and parents. They provide a full and extensive professional front desk information and reception service to all learners, parents, staff, visitors and guests to the School. Our receptionists are the first point of contact for visitors and users of the School whether on the phone, in person or electronically.
