Duke of Edinburgh
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme was reintroduced to Hamilton College at Bronze Level in 2007 - 2008. Participation levels have seen tremendous growth throughout the last two years and we are now offering the programme at Bronze in S3, at Silver in S4, and believe the enthusiasm of the current Silver group will see a Gold group develop in the very near future.
Staff and pupils bring a wealth of assistance and enthusiasm to the development of the Award, which provides participants with excellent personal development opportunities that fit well with our school ethos.

Duke of Edinburgh Silver Meeting Dates
Friday 19 March - route card night, after school at 7.00pm
Sunday 21 March - (canoeists only) Strathclyde Country Park 1.30pm - 4.00pm
Friday 23 April - route card session, after school at 7.00pm
Saturday 24 April - Campcraft skills day 9.30am - 3.30pm
All sessions, except for canoeing, take place at school
